Heirloom Newborn Photography | Newington, CT

Baby William came to our Newington, CT studio for his heirloom newborn photography session back in May and we were so excited to meet him! His mom contacted me after he was about a week old and was hoping she could still fit in a newborn photo session with him. Typically we recommend booking your due date in the 2nd or early 3rd trimester, just to make sure we can be available! But I was so happy that I could still fit her into the calendar and they arrived about a week later. William was born premature and with club feet, so we had to be sure that some of the poses we did were comfortable when moving them. Some of the poses were actually easier for him as his feet were naturally turned in and looked so cute! His parents chose a blue and gray color scheme which is a very popular option with boys. He was so good and slept the morning away as I safely put him in different position and outfits. His parents love my bed prop and the footie pajamas looked adorable! One of their favorite photos was taken on his back with a little pair of suspenders and he gave us just the cutest little smile at the perfect time! During their Design & Ordering appointment, we chose a beautiful variety of images in a Legacy Box complete with professionally matted fine art prints with corresponding digital files to share. It’s a great option for clients that would like both! I hope you enjoy some of the photos they chose!
