Newborn Photography Session | Glastonbury, CT

This session made my heart so happy! I first met this family last year when they joined us at our Newington, CT studio for our always popular Santa Experience event and before we knew it, it was time to plan for baby #3’s newborn photography session! In October, we met for a shorter family and maternity photo session to celebrate their last photos together as a family of 4. The boys were so adorable with their mom and I think they were secretly hoping for another brother too because soon after, baby James arrived! Now James’s Mom was originally due on November 8th and with this year’s Santa Experience being on November 10th, she didn’t want to miss it! Luckily James came a few weeks early, so they were able to join us for that as well. James’s newborn photography session was so precious! Mom asked for a blue and gray color scheme to match his room and home decor. I just love the variety we were able to provide using a mixture of outfits, hats, and wraps from my personal custom collection. The great thing is that parents don’t have to worry about bringing anything with them and the items I have are made specifically for newborn photography. Everything is always sanitized after each use too, so no germs come in contact with these newborns! James preferred being a little more wrapped up, so after a few poses (including some hats you will really smile over!), we wrapped him up for some prop poses and then family and sibling photos towards the end of the session. I am so happy that his family will be able to enjoy a custom large frame for their home, some keepsake digitals, and an album that will allow them to display and cherish these beautiful photos forever!
