Automotive Cake Smash | Springfield, MA

A few weeks ago, I met a lovely family who came all the way from southern Massachusetts to have me photograph Dariel’s automotive cake smash photos! This winter/spring of 2016 has been all about the boys and their first birthdays lately! This time, we decided on an automotive cake smash theme and I really wanted to be able to bring in some unique and antique items to make it look like a garage. Luckily, the guys over at Portland Transmission helped me out in a big way and gave me access to some of their old automotive equipment. My in-laws have a few car items of their own, and together we made quite the set! Of course, the wonderful Betty Hindle at Betty’s Cake Creations came through as always with just the design that I had thought of for the occasion! Dariel looked adorable in his overalls and was probably one of my best cake smashers ever! I ended up with so many pictures, we only needed a half hour session because he did such a great job! I am now booking my famous cake smash and paint smash sessions already into August of 2016! Planning a summer birthday? Why not look into a unique experience of photos with The Flash Lady to treasure for always? Enjoy some of the photos from Dariel’s automotive cake smash!
