This adorable couple came back to see me with one more pup! We met up about 2 years ago in the fall for a family photo session with dog, Sophie, and had a wonderful time! This year they’ve since added another dog, Piper, who is just about 1, and it was time for some updated pet family photos! We originally were hoping to photograph at the Lavender Pond Farm in Killingworth, CT over the summer. But due to a rough season for the Lavender, they had advised against it this year. So we decided to meet instead at Wickham park in South Windsor, CT. This private location is a great spot for photos as there are so many places to explore! The gardens are beautifully manicured and maintained, plus you can bring dogs here if they are leashed! So off we went and the puppies were definitely interested in all of the sights and smells this location had to offer! They were hoping for some really nice updated photos of their entire family together (and hopefully looking at the camera!) and I think we definitely delivered on that! We explored many of the gardens and popular white bridge before heading up to the overlook area before the sun set. It was just a beautiful evening for us to do pet family photos and they have some wonderful new images of both dogs together to share and enjoy. I have really enjoyed working together over the last few years and it’s always fun to have the family pet involved too. Did you know?
