Mini Newborn Photography Session | Shelton, CT
Baby Allie visited our Newington, CT studio last month all the way from Shelton for her debut mini newborn photography session! It was such a pleasure for me not only to meet her, but to see her parents grow as a family. I had photographed her parents two years ago for their engagement photos and they were a highlight of that season for me! It’s one of my goals to photograph a full story of my clients and their lives and the milestones they have as the years pass – not just ONE event along the way. I become not only their family photographer (or for other important life events), but their friend too! So when mom told me she was pregnant and they wanted newborn photos I was overjoyed! Allie was a perfect baby, and allowed for a variety of poses during her mini newborn photography session. This is the perfect type for someone looking for some great photos of their little one without investing in a full 3 hour traditional newborn session. Mom picked pink and gold for the color scheme and really liked flowers also, so we picked some great outfits and coordinating items for her to match that! I hope you enjoy some of her (many) beautiful photos! If you are expecting yourself or know someone who is, this is a GREAT baby shower gift idea (I have gift certificates available) or something to give a joint give towards by the grandparents! I recommend booking your due date in your second trimester so I can guarantee availability around that time. While I try to take last minute requests also, sometimes this is not possible since I also shoot other portrait types and weddings. So, best to get yourself in my calendar early! 🙂
