This past winter saw a big boom in maternity session request for their upcoming spring babies being born. So we found ourselves doing a lot of winter studio maternity photos to help these beautiful mamas cherish this important time before their special arrival! Our Annual Review Plan is perfect for those families looking for multiple sessions centered around their new baby. Receive up to 3 sessions during a one-year period, so in this case, it was perfect to use for their maternity, newborn, and 3rd milestone after baby is a little bit older! This couple was so sweet and I loved helping them celebrate being pregnant with their first child. Based on Mom’s outfit choice that she brought with her (we want our maternity clients feeling beautiful no matter what they wear vs. choosing from a limited selection), I chose a really pretty painted backdrop that she absolutely loved! For the second half, we changed into a pretty red dress against a mocha background color that was simple and gorgeous! It was so hard to choose favorites because they all looked so beautiful! We even incorporated some photos of her grandfather into the session who had recently passed away and really meant a lot to her. I loved the heirloom album and wall art piece that we put together for them and can’t wait for their baby boy to arrive this spring!
