Birthday Cake Smash Photos | Newington, CT
Earlier this month, we met with Cassidy and her mom Carly and her older brother Carson for birthday cake smash photos in the studio. Cassidy’s mom also was looking for some additional session time to photograph brother and sister together and how cute were they! Carson is such a loving brother and was so helpful getting Cassidy to stand up for pictures and when she was unsure about the cake later in the session. They both have big smiles and I just loved the color combination of one of our new backdrops from Lemondrop! For the cake portion, which was designed by the always talented Betty’s Cake Creations, we made a backdrop out of pink and blue streamers that would match with Cassidy’s cute tutu! I also used some sparkle confetti on the floor since her tutu had a little extra shine to it! It was a beautiful combination of colors and even though Cassidy wasn’t sure about eating the cake, she did like the frosting and when Carson came to help check things out!
