This Mom was so excited to plan her son’s first birthday cake smash with The Flash Lady Photography! We like to get your desired date in the calendar first and then we can start planning! She absolutely loved my camping woodland cake smash theme so that was a quick and easy choice. For boys especially, this is a very popular theme selection and we can dress it up in so many different ways by adding other props or a lumberjack red and black flair as well! That’s the great thing about working with real props and items as we can create something special for each client and mix and match as desired. This little guy showed up looking absolutely adorable and ready to take on the world! Already walking and excited to check everything out, we started off with some clean pre-cake portraits. Blocks and balloons are always a big hit and let kids know this is fun! From there, we moved over to our set area for a few more pictures before it was cake time. We loved playing with my tractor! Next came the cake, and with such a yummy and adorable creation from Sweets by Jenna, it wasn’t a surprise why he dove right in! Eating was definitely a plus, but more than that, this little one loved to play! Luckily we end the session with a tub bath to wash all that frosting off and have a few more opportunities for photos. We had a great gallery for his parents to enjoy, and I hope to see them again for the next major milestone!
