Boy Balloon Cake Smash | Newington, CT
May brought us not one, but TWO requests for our popular boy balloon cake smash theme and we couldn’t wait to do some different things with both of them! This adorable local family visited us last holiday season for our family Christmas sessions and were so excited to book their young son’s first birthday photoshoot at my Newington, CT photography studio when he turned 1. They hoped for a few quick photos with big sister (who always dresses so beautifully) and they looked so cute together! Little man was a bit shy at first, but once we brought out the balloons and toys we were FAST friends! Cake time was…messy and BLUE! This kid was BORN to smash and he not only loved getting frosting all over himself, but eating it too! Thank goodness for a tub bath at the end to clean off all that blue frosting and play with some bubble too! He wasn’t too sure what to do in the bath tub, but with so many other photos to choose from, using this to really just clean off was more than sufficient. It’s a big reason why we incorporate multiple things into our toddler sessions to make sure parents leave with a full and adorable gallery to choose from. His heirloom album and some digital files were the perfect combination of products and his parents loved them! We hope to see them again at Christmas! Here are some of their favorites below.
